Rating Curve

fantastic contrast between dark and light, super tasteful background elements, a very unique approach to decoration all around. a lot of this gameplay shouldn't work for me but it's so well executed that it becomes addicting to play. the only issues are some slightly awkward UFO bits, and that last click which although i didn't die to it (fluked from 43% ???), it's pretty much blind and not really a fair input. the second level in an awesome streak in which Aimbotter has been carving out an excellent style.

undeniably an impressive piece of work, doesn't feel as focused and purposeful as it should but it for the most part delivers a worthwhile experience. certainly helped by the fact it uses what is probably the best song on Newgrounds. it doesn't quite capture the full emotional weight of the song, but it does its best.
