2.1 Grax was still amazingly talented, I love how varied all the parts are and how they sync up with this weirdly grindy song. Something I also appreciate is how kinetic some parts of this level feel, super neat to watch all the electricity and energy surging throughout the designs. Other small details like the fan exploding, static electricity forming arrows, the entire level practically falling apart at the end really make this a joy to watch. The gameplay does hold up pretty well, it's unique in some parts, but not hard to master and it feels good to complete.

Really cool memory level, visually it's so appealing with the constant style changes and distorted glitchy effects. Playing through it for the first time I honestly thought it would be horrible with how chaotic it was, but learning it was fun. The biggest complaint was that some of the gameplay did feel kinda janky. The "factory" part, the rainbow cube gameplay with slopes, and the ending all stood out to me as very bothersome. Sadly I also encountered a few random bugs which definitely knocked down my enjoyment of the level. That being said, it's fun to watch, not that bad to play, I would recommend it.

I've been tracking AudieoVisual's creating journey for a couple good years now, his previous hardest level, Dirty Work, was really fun in my opinion, so when I learned he was making an extreme I had to check it out. After sitting through a lot of the streaming marathon as he built the level, I was so prepared for this level's release. At first it seemed really, really good. The visuals were on point, the effects were cool and trippy, and the gameplay flowed well. The more I practiced though I learned some parts were not that enjoyable. The first ball dual thing feels really awkward, many clicks in the second part altogether are pretty awkward. Then we move onto the wave, which was.. okay, I found the first few clicks really annoying because of how it was structured, and I died to that pink dash orb many times. Besides that the other clicks were fine. Then there's the robot, which was easily the most frustrating part of the level for me. Something about the orb + pad clicks felt so inconsistent and I wasn't able to get past it. I died at one certain click way too many times that was necessary (probably a skill issue), which kinda bumped down the enjoyment for me. Thankfully this level drastically improves past the robot. The dual is straightforward, which I am thankful for considering the insane visuals in this part. The final ship is a great climax and feels really in sync with the song overall. I would also like to say that Audieo has such a good creating process for his levels. Watching him slowly put together his final vision for every part was quite satisfying despite.. a lot of trial and error. This level is a joy to watch, not all that fun to play, but I had a decent time with it.

MCres has always struck me as an insanely underrated creator with a unique style. After completing his XXL insane demon Beneath The Surface a month or two prior to this level's release, I was very excited watching previews of Beyond The Summit on his channel. Needless to say, when I had the chance to play it, my expectations were met. This level is SO beautiful and the progression is easy to follow. It's very clear that you begin at the base of a mountain, and slowly work your way up to the summit. The 4x robot where snow builds up around the forest, and the intense blizzard at the drop mixed with unconventional gameplay are some of the few details that make this level super charming when compared to my other completions. As for the gameplay, it's different. It definitely emphasizes on memory near the drop, and the swinging objects at the final "temple" part are pretty neat. There definitely are some janky and questionable clicks throughout the level, and the beginning can be a little slow and annoying until the drop hits. I had a fun experience with it nonetheless, and I enjoyed it a lot considering it was only my 2nd extreme at the time. Would recommend.
