i can’t believe this level exists

jenkins has always been on my radar, with zettabyte, incipient and his contributions on neutra. boy i didn NOT expect a level like this to exist. i believe that this level is song representation at its peak. i can argue commatose or well rested can be compared to this. this level IS daft punk. it feels like a project to commemorate rather than get free creator points out of the end of an amazing career. it’s a celebration of their history, their records and their music.

i can actually judge the gameplay, which is VERY very solid. it might initially be annoying but nailing all of those clicks to Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger is an unmatched feeling. sadly everything after 73% gets a little annoying with the appearing blocks, especially the 82% cube. god is it hard to get consistent at.

the song here isn’t just a compliment: it’s everything. the level spins around it and if it’s repetitive, the song is repetitive. anything here works to make it faithful to the song, especially the cherry on top, the decoration. it’s always in synchrony with the level, and it just does such a good job in representing daft punk’s legacy. one that won’t ever be forgotten.

this level is just unreal. i am still in disbelief that its real. just the fact that it does makes me so amazed.

yeah yeah buffed high life and everything this level has so much personality. also somehow extremely fun (although i did fluke it from 44% so i probably didnt go through the "worst parts")
