As what seems to be a sequel to Gloom, it fails to invent upon the style in a meaningful manner. The gameplay does manage to stand out from its predecessor, but it does many things that I personally think make it less enjoyable, such as the orb timings and portal holds.
Decoration seems to be inspired by VSC, and a significant portion of gameplay is obstructed by decoration, making the level play worse.
