This level completely failed the song it used. With the potential to make a truly emotional and stunning experience that would stick with the player, the level decides to take you through a ton of random, abstract locations, and end with absolutely no progress being made. The “travel” name harms this level terribly, as it completely ignores what made Lonely Travel so fantastic, and just uses the name as an attention getter. Even ignoring the travel name, the level never feels like you’re ever getting anywhere, and does very little to keep itself interesting. While all these negatives bring the level down quite a bit, I would call it appealing visually, and I do enjoy how it plays with your nerves near the end.
I've tried going for this myself a couple of times, but compared to other XXXL levels that I could do, the gameplay in this one was pretty slow, and it honestly made it a lot boring to even try to focus, so I never got around to beating it. At least unlike The Long Walk Home, there is a bit of challenge to it, but like The Long Walk Home, it can get frustrating when you die somewhere far.
At least it looks nice...
