What makes this not work nearly as well as EXPLICIT is that the drop follows the general patterns of EXPLICIT quite noticeably despite definitive attempts to deviate, and the song is less frenzied which creates a bit of a mismatched -- I draw this outcome to HACKER being a bit constrained by being an sequel to EXPLICIT. I think maybe making more sweeping and intimidating structuring rather something unrestrained would've suited this better. The effects and the somewhat subdued predrop do definitely suit this level well enough, however.
