This level does sort of fall into that sea of levels that a lot of people tend to dislike because it's chock full of effects, without anything substantial or significant going for it, and while I agree with that sentiment to an extent, I think that Breakpoint does have a few good qualities too, more prominently the very few short impact frame animations, like the one right before the RobTop bossfight.
I will say though, for having absolutely no limitations as to what you could do for the contest, this level, along with another level that was made for the final round, were pretty underwhelming, since they both went with the very shallow and easy "This main level turns into something way bigger and impressive" narrative. I really wish that at least one of those entries consisted of an entirely new level (and while I can understand how long something like that would take, it would give you more creative freedom), rather than continuing to milk the same "main-level breakout" concept seen many times before. I also felt like the experience in this level specifically was way too short and confusing, given that all of the effects and stuff just spammed throughout the level, and in turn, similar to Starbladesaster by ElMatoSWAG, the gameplay is equally as hard to figure out, and probably would've worked better as an Auto instead outside of the first couple of parts.
All in all though, this level was pretty decent, and I honestly think I liked this one more than the level than bli's Rage Quit, which aPunch seemingly used for means of inspiration. That said, I hope that, sometime in the future, we can see more impressive contest levels like this one that have more novel base ideas, since I've grown to be very tired of the "main-level breakout" trend that these levels do. -.-
