Although I have to aknowledge this level doesnt come without its flaws, I still think it's amongst my all time favorites solely because of how incredibly the song representation is. This song means a lot to me, I have some of the fondest memories listening to it and is part of the reason why I've grown so attached to this game. I've had a lot of creative ideas storming through my mind every time I sat and played this song out, but ultimately an expression already did everything I could ask for. A lot of the feelings I have towards both this level and song are unexplainable, my emotions have always been all over the place and it caused me to have some really bizarre dreams and visions when put to concentration. The level shows part of the colors and atmosphere I created in my head, and for some reason there is just simply nothing else in the world that has ever come close to replicating this idea onto canvas this well. I love how weirdly unique tmn's style is, it's bright and vibrant and yet it never feels exhausting to look at, it's like immersing into an alternate reality I can just wholly dissociate to. Even if the level may not be the most impressive from a technical standpoint, I'll never forget how much this level drove me to create stuff on my own and drove my passion for gd in general.

Alike most event levels, I wasnt particularly too fond of it at first, but over time I grew surprisingly fond of this one in particular. I've never been the biggest fan of knots' art style to begin with, and while gethappier was a nice change of pace I think this one goes back to having designs that both look too flat and intricate for its own good. The level also just ends very abruptly, and while I can excuse that part since it was made with a clear deadline in mind I still think the level suffers quite a bit from it. But despite all these issues, I find this level to be really enjoyable and charming, in fact this is the only event level I actually bothered rebeating outside of the event tab. The song does happen to be fairly annoying but it kinda works in this case? I like the weird character the theme gives off and how it tries to build its own sorta kurzgesagt inspired civilisation, it doesnt feel too excessive in its execution and is just a pretty unique concept overall. But the thing I like about this level the most gotta be the incredibly strange design decisions for the gp, it looks a bit unprofessional the way a lot of the ideas are just randomly thrown at you, but it feels fitting for a level that tries to be satirical to begin with. You have these hittable orbs scattered around in this one part that spell "quack", and teleport pads that replace gravity portals to sync with the hard beats of the song, I think it has good humour to it and it puts a smile on my face. Overall it's a very joyous level, despite all its flaws, and I think thats an impressive feat to accomplish.

Both pipenachho and grax had some massive fall off ever since this update released and funnily enough the levels theyve been releasing feel like one of the same. From the ugly, overrendered art assets that take over the entire screen to the non existent level progression and gameplay, all these levels look like overstimulating AI generated reels meant to appeal to young impressionable children. The future for the game is looking pretty hopeless if these sorta works continue to be highlighted as the next big community spectacle.

Despite how terrible this level’s rhetoric is, I don’t agree with all the shade thrown at it. I have always been a big fan of tmn's work because of how chaotic and true to itself it is and this level is obviously not an exception to that. It's a vent level that doesnt try to filter any of it thoughts, it's blunt, ugly and overall pretty difficult to resonate with if you're not actively consumed by stress and unwellness. That said, I think the sincerity of this level tells a lot about what kind of person is behind its creation and I can respect the efforts going towards its transparency. I dont think the quirkiness of the narrative is something I wish to judge harshly, these are harmless thoughts anyone can grow from given that they're willing to, and I’m inclined to believe that the intentions are well meant. Playing this was an immersive experience for me and all the little details that went into the environment and snippets of unfinished work gives this level quite the charm, ultimately I think tmn succeeded in conveying his emotions accurately and it just becomes a question whether or not you choose to be embarrassed by it.

This level has always stood out to me for its outdated yet strangely alluring theming. The color palette is incredibly basic and doesn’t change anywhere throughout, but despite that manages to give the level this warm, gloomy feel. The whole setting just feels unapologetically lifeless, exactly like a real cave! But with all its elaborate structures and a pleasant song to listen to, playing this level will feel more like an exploration than a drag to sit through. Overall I cant act as if this level is better than im trying to like it for, but it'll have its special place in my heart.

One of the better event levels we've gotten, not too surprising since subwoofer is quite a consistent creator overall. I see a lot of people having gripes with the gameplay, but despite the level being rather unclear to follow at times I found it to be very fun in the end. The split screen gimmick is pretty unique and done subtly enough for me to think around it and get consistent at the part, the end is a bit of a chokepoint as well but I never died once to it in a real attempt so I guess it's balanced enough? I'm also a big fan of the music representation of this level, especially with the song itself being quite addicting to listen to. The gameplay is a huge factor as to why the energy of the song is matched so well, which is quite rare to see for an art level of this caliber, and is something I can have some extra appreciation for. Overall this isnt subwoofer's strongest work, the art style has stagnated over time and I dont think I fit the target audience for what event levels are trying to cater to. But I still wish to see the level be given some credit where it's due, because it really isnt as bad as people make it out to be.
