Super fun level, aside from a few choke points and a particularly confusing and frustrating bug near the end. This would probably be a really good level if someone were to give it some proper deco, but the structuring does at least feed the imagination. I particularly like the part where everything kinda opens up as the drum break comes in; it feels like you're entering some sort of ancient temple or something. Overall, pretty cool level with echoes of something even cooler.
Yet another Zoroa masterpiece. While incredibly learny, the gameplay is also incredibly fun and works very well with the song, and the deco is stunning. It really feels like you're in a big city going through all these buildings and experiencing the world. And not only did Zoroa include references to many of the previous event levels, but he also included some references to his own lore, so it still feels very much like a Zoroa level.
For something made with only 25 objects, this is kinda good. Not only does it look pretty (the deco even changes colors to match the song!), but it plays well too; everything syncs really well, and the gameplay even gets more and less intense along with the deco! I am thoroughly impressed.
An easy demon inspired by impossible levels. I like the idea. It probably could've been better implemented; I felt the unreasonable wave spam was adapted in the most boring way possible — you either just hold or it's just straight-up auto. Not to mention that it goes entirely unexplained; you have to just figure out what you're supposed to do somehow. Regardless, the gameplay was really fun overall, and the eerie atmosphere really fits the level.
It's fine, but it feels way shorter than it should be because so much of it is padded out by unnecessarily long cutscenes. That's really the only thing that stands out about it to me. There's other things to this level, like the storytelling and the (fairly simplistic) bossfight, but the main thing I can remember is the cutscenes.
This could've been a great level. It's got a pretty song, nice theming, and (mostly) good gameplay. There's a couple glaring flaws, though. Firstly, the transitions. The vast majority of the transitions are some variant on a fade to black, which makes everything feel less connected. (Some of them kinda work, but some of them should probably have been something more fluid instead, like the transition into the drop.) A couple of them, though, just throw you directly into gameplay. I was able to react to most of them, but there was one that I did die to. What frustrates and puzzles me more, though, is the LDM optimization. The level doesn't run particularly well (for me) on full detail, so I had to use the LDM. When you turn on low detail, some parts are simplified so much as to become unrateworthy, while others (most notably the last two parts, which amplifies this problem even more) are still laggy enough to impact the difficulty of the gameplay. I died way too many times past 93% because of this, and it severely hampered my enjoyment. If it hadn't been for that, I would've had much better things to say about this level.
The deco is kinda generic, but the gameplay is pretty fun. It matches up nicely with the song, and I do like the mirror portal representation. Honestly, though, it's not all that memorable.
Really really fun level. The deco isn't the most interesting (it's fine, but it's kinda generic), but the gameplay feels awesome. It matches the song really well, and the deco even kinda plays along by doing weird things like disappearing or forcing you through a structure in certain places.
It's a pre-1.9 level. That's about it, really. The deco is fine, and the gameplay is slightly awkward in some places but not entirely unbearable. The transition into the last UFO is really weird and feels somewhat inconsistent, but nothing else is particularly unfun.
