Lunaria was so ahead of her time. Great colors and amazing design choices throughout.

This level is so close to the perfect-looking challenge to me. It lacks the moving objects IoH has in its drop, but builds atmosphere in the predrop like few levels I have seen. This level really feels unfinished as it hasn't changed since the final preview video, yet it continues to excite and inspire me.

Exen made this as his challenge to top all levels in difficulty (except abyss of darkness and sakupen circles), and he made sure to decorate the level like that was its business. The level is very empty, but the moving spikes and pulses make the important parts, the gameplay, feel especially present and alive. This was Exen's best expression of his Ish ideas at the time, and it continues to hold up well to this day. For the gameplay, it's very slowly paced and unforgiving, but extremely straightfoward. When the drums pick up their rhythm, the script flips with breakneck wave, maze like and unfair patterns, but the level's brutal difficulty is maintained and climbs higher as the wave progresses to its completion.

This creator clearly knows their way around the editor to some degree, but I wish they could have thought harder on what exactly made rage quit special. To say "this is uninspired" is a titanic understatement, as most things from deco, to gameplay, to design, to ideas are recycled without much improvement. This can even fail the creator's intended audience if they have already seen rage quit, as it'd just be another level that does almost the exact same thing wholistically.

I helped with this level, but will try to leave any bias I have for the time being. The colors and design in the level don't really progress well, but I love the atmosphere, movement and shading this level has. Some ideas such as the monster devouring the player as an alternative to fade-to-black, and the snappy ship gameplay from 43-56%, are brilliantly executed. Otherwise, the level's wave gameplay and 56-100 really hold back what it could be as a level, as the nerfs stick out quite sorely imo. Sure, you're supposedly on the surface of a red giant star, but I feel like there's ways to make red and black stand out like in bloodlust or in death moon. Overall, 10/10 my name's in the endscreen of a top 1 demon.

This looks like every 1.9 gdps level under the sun and not very innovative in the slightest, until you realize THIS is the one that started it all. I don't really like this level, but I can appreciate what it did for the time, and can recognize how important it is.

This level gets more interesting the more you look into it, to the point where no one to my knowledge, even with the best of macro bots, has done the hardest stuff the level has to offer. Sure, the gameplay goes from easy 2* closer to humanly infeasible as the MINUSwave approaches, but if you set your fps to 9,000 in 2.1 and start swift clicking every frame, the level turns a glaring shade of red as you've activated the coins route; good luck. Otherwise, I like the progression the level has for deco and the ideas it presents, it's just missing a lot fundamentally for decorative themeing.

Made to be the hardest nine circles level, and at one point an ILL top 1, this was one of the precedents of ILL quality setting and it was a pretty good one at that. I love the last wave's contrast and design choices and the predrop design. I wish kaith's gameplay was in the final version though. It's too bad this will never get verified though (thanks renn (: !! ).

This level does almost everything right, and I mean it. Song representation, level design progression, gameplay innovations and consistency, theming, naming... let's just say there was a reason why people leaked this, and wanted to know everything about it.
