Always nice to see a new, decent design level at a point in the game's history where design is less emphasized, and the colors here in particular are to die for - but some parts of this feel kinda empty/hollow in a way I can't really articulate? Maybe I'll have to actually play it to make up my mind.
A bit overpolished at some points for my taste but it's still a sweet lil package. I like the part at the end where all the skeletons try to steal the Gem
Follows on the streak of very wacky and stylized art levels from Paintingorange. Starts off very intriguing, Planet Jawn in particular was a delightful part, but after the level makes a detour into more monochromatic colors that just puzzles me to no end. The quality of the art itself is still there, but so much of what makes it fun to look at is lost when it's all grey or purple as opposed to the vibrant, varied colors that made levels like Sky Watchers or Strange Relationship such a joy to watch.
Cool megacollab, I'm unfortunately going to have to detract three points until Carz lets me see my family again.
Pretty funny meme level from Pinecones as is customary. His levels feel almost like a precursor to the stuff we'd see cw2003 gb drop around late-2.1 to now, although a lot more organized and with less of the surrealist bent of cw2003's work. Gameplay is also pretty fun.
