The theming and concept are cool but the overall execution leaves a lot to be desired. I can't say the toggle orb that disables rays gimmick is that original by itself but the aesthetics of the level kind of helped. My problem lies on the gameplay though - I find it very unfair and unclear since you can't really tell what each orb activates or switches. One of the orbs had a trail of glow linked to the yellow orb that it activates so why not do that for all of them? It's also very misleading how some of the orbs aren't reusable even though the level leads you to think they are.

Props for the last part though. Very cool memory gimmick at the end. Just wish it made more use of it and didn't feel as rushed.

This has some very nice ideas but compositionally it misses the mark for me. There's a very high contrast between backgrounds and foregrounds that leaves a pretty odd impression. I'm particularly referring to the foreground spikes, which really clash with how calculated and patterny the background is, and also combined with the very simple designs just doesn't really go well in my opinion.

There are a few other icks that I'm not really a fan of like the song cuts but I don't think that drags the level down as much as the composition and repetitiveness does. I see some potential here, particularly the particle usage in the backgrounds, but as a level this doesn't really strike me. It's not bad at all though.

Aside from the very obvious early-2.2-esque bad decisions, like the ugly UI text and oversaturation of SFX, I'm honestly fascinated by how badly some of the decoration here has aged. Almost every art level is doomed to look unappealing in the long run.

I really like the theming here and the fast pace helps a lot. It's a shame it just doesn't look any good to me.

The first few parts are very clean and appealing with some great looking designs. However the drop is absolutely unbearable. The rapid pulsing just hurts my eyes, doesn't look good and doesn't fit with the song at all. There were infinitely many better ways to keep up the intensity and this is just not it.

I really do get why people like this level but unfortunately it's just not my thing. I get that it's a memory level but this is the type of memory that I absolutely dislike, there are way too many movements and changes for how calm the song is and why some may find appeal in that I really can't. The level becomes so unpredictable and chaotic in a not good way. I enjoyed the more stable parts for this reason but even then they just don't look good to me.

I enjoy Fake A Might significantly more, maybe because the ideas there don't feel so forced and are presented in a more tasteful way. Maybe it's also because the level just looks better.
