Does it really need a 24 second cutscene where nothing happens for half of it? Other than that, it's a level with a relatively old style that is nonetheless executed pretty well and which doesn't really overstay its welcome, even with the XL length.
An evocative experience of going through a powerful storm and its resulting flood, which can sweep along with it entire houses. It's extremely vivid in its presentation; though, would a storm have jump indicators shining through the rain, telling you exactly where the hazardous crates and pipes and such are?
