It took me until the winning attempt to figure out that the seemingly random placement of the correct path in the drop ship was indicated by a tiny glow trail that you have to follow. Far from just being a barely visible indicator that's very easy to miss, this is an incredibly boring, bossfight-y way to show where you're supposed to go. The rest of the level is pretty good.
