I think this is the perfect sequel to tartarus. On par with its predecessor. Colors and gp just feel like a more intense counterpart to tartarus, makes references and has the same basic structure and theme while still feeling different enough to not be a direct copy.
Totally not biased towards this level, and yes I would still rail the fuck out of her.
This is one of those things where you're kinda forced to like it just because you've seen it over and over and it's at least distinct enough to remember. I'd compare it to a lot of anime openings
If there was a geometry dash creating class and I was the teacher I would use this as an example for my students. I hope that gets the basic idea across for why I like this so much.
The main complaint I see about this level is that it "goes against the spirit of the game" or whatnot but really that's just one of the many reasons why this isn't good
It's called WELL RESTED because it puts you to sleep
It's one thing to be praised by the ignorant lumpenproletariat of 14 year old gdtwt users who say "let people enjoy things" as a defense, but it's something else when even the more mature members of the community like WHErwin and S3rios are somehow stupid enough to think this is a good level. Solid contender for the most overrated level ever.
There's nothing here. Boring, forgettable, etc. Genuinely what do people like about this? I've asked that question and almost every answer is something that I just don't see. Only reason this gets a 2 is because the bit of changing the screen resolution is neat.
I really, REALLY want to give this a 9 or a 10, because almost every aspect of this level is amazingly crafted. Creative and interesting gameplay, deco, theming, I could go on, but playing this is such a miserable experience that I'm hesitant to even give this an 8. I could perhaps excuse that (to an extent) if the gameplay/balancing more closely followed how the theme and emotions evolve, but if that was the intent (which I at least think it was), it really wasn't pulled off well.
