Filled to the brim with low-effort gore, it’s no wonder it never got rated — and it shouldn’t be. This ain’t horror, this is a pixelated try-hard mess with blood slapped onto every surface like that alone makes it deep. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. It’s like the creator thought shock value could replace actual design, gameplay, or taste. But y’all weirdos still defend it because you mistake disturbing for creative. Delusional.
