What an awesome level. I can't even fault it for the subpar gameplay.
On one hand, there's some really cool gameplay here. On the other hand, it's not even all lines anymore! What's the point?
The chimneys billowing steam are enough for me to bump this up to a 7.
This level is a bit harder now, most likely due to the same physics change that made the slope jump in Windy Landscape a lot harder. Of course, I can't blame Noobas for not foreseeing Robtop's idiocy, so I'll just ignore that aspect. In other regards, noobatropolis really shows the gradual development of Noobas's creating skills, with some pretty intense moments and cool gameplay.
R3XX3R's flavor of neodesign has always leaned towards the mechanical, so it's neat to see it applied to a forest theme, with quite interesting results. It's not organic whatsoever, but it doesn't need to be, and in fact, it would be much worse if it were. While the beginning is clearly inspired by levels such as Forest Temple, it finds its own identity in the latter half, constituting a fun mix of nature and geometry.
