Good but not great, forever ruined creating afterwards (not really, but I like to pretend it did)
I'm going to hack this level >:)
On one hand, absolutely incredible bit. I thought I had a decent idea what this level was gonna be like when I saw the angel pop up, but nope, not in the slightest. Extremely funny.
On the other hand, this really could've been executed better. Aside from most of the gameplay and deco not being anything too special, the main issue is the song. Like really? Clubstep? Why? I get that any song which could go super well with the joke is inevitably going to spoil it, and yeah it fits the red parts fine, but it just feels too intense for any of the blue parts. I don't know what I'd choose for the song if I made this, but surely there's something better?
This level turned my mind into a liquid and then drank it
Weirdly fun. Plus the intro is iconic and this has some pretty creative structures. A lot of quesitonable color usage though, even if that's kinda inevitable given this was 1.9 and the poundcakes require multiple channels
The most icedcave level ever made:
Does not understand what made his own level good
Excessively edgy
Painful song
Still nice anyway, somehow
Some pretty good designs and the effect in the memory part is still just as fun to look at as it was in 2018, but it's really a shame the nerfs took a lot of the creative gameplay out, leaves a bad taste in my mouth
Conflicted about this level. On one hand, it's iconic, well designed, and mostly has great sync. On the other hand, it repeatedly violates its own basic premise and it's just painful to hear that every time it happens
Great theme that should've been expanded on more, creative gameplay with good sync but could use a bit of work, intense but could've been more intense, a nice effect that ends up feeling unnecessary, some iconic bits but some forgettable parts. There was a point where I liked this a lot more but in retrospect the execution falls short in a lot of places. There's an alternate universe out there where this is a universally beloved all-time classic, but it isn't ours.
