Two player levels provide the means to make imaginative dual gameplay, since youre not restricted by what is possible, and this is Me When Machine Gang's strong point, the gameplay and the memory make it seem unique and fresh, but i'm not a fan of the designs and theming, and the codependence seperate corridor section is lazy which I don't like.

Pandemonium has an array of cool designs, and the hellish theme combined with a somewhat unnerving song make for quite the atmospheric level. Despite this, it suffers from being rather generic and samey compared to levels of this style. Pandemonium doesn't really inspire any sort of emotional reaction from me, which it likely isn't supposed to. Pandemonium is made for difficulty and playability, aspects I am not particularly interested in most of the time.

The gameplay makes this level intense and is really the only example of song representation in the level, aside from the bright, positive colours sometimes used in order to represent freedom dives upbeat nature. The level is generic glow and is one of those megacollab slop levels that just has loads of incoherent parts from popular creators, kind of like how directors feature famous actors for no reason but the fact that they are famous. Sminx's part is so unbelievably out of place it's insane, this is why you dont do megacollabs.. Freedom08 reallt has not aged well and freedom dive is in need of a new, modern level that represents the iconic song in geoemtry dash. The gameplay choices in certain parts of freedom08 shoukd not be understated as they effectively carry the level from a 1/10 ro a 4/10.

Definitley some of Bli's better works, Change of Scene's theme is unique and gives the level a unique personality and identity which I can appreciate. The art and designs, as expected of Bli, is also very well executed, however the level's quality deteriorates as the level progresses and the individual themes of the acts seem disjointed, and soley selected in order to show off what he can actually make, rather than making an effective and cohesive story. The level being seperated in 2 is nothing but a useless gimmick in order to sell the level as something that masters level optimisation which is completely irrelevent to a level's artistic value. The ultimate goal of change of scene is to be that one level you show your friend and say "look how far GD has come". This is an amazing level if you are under the age of 12 or haven't experienced the vast amounts of amazing pieces in the game. At least this corporate slop is somewhat creative, which is a commendable attribute.

As expected from cherryteam the level has good decoration, but the level is not memorable in any way. It is so unbelievably inoffensive. cherryteam greatly suffer from simply making a layout that is generic click sync that they think most people will enjoy and arbitrarily giving the decoration theming. This is exactly the issue with Mayhem, the gameplay has no place being in a level themed around construction, its just click sync boring slop gameplay. The gameplay and decoration and theming and song do not harmonise in really any way, which causes it to lack emotional value and atmosphere.

It is just Shardscapes with a re-skin, buffed to be super difficult. The song is cool and the gameplay compliments it to some degree but it is effectively stolen so I am inclined to give it a negative review. The CBF ban is in bad taste, however I don't think that's relevent to my rating of the level and I won't take that into account in giving my score.

Avernus is a copy of The Golden with a generic song and boring hell theming thay doesnt even look particularly good. I still find the level to be cool and it does have some atmospheric moments which gives it some charm however. It was certainly overhated for its abundance of fixed hitboxes when the level was released, but I dont believe that hate to be particularly justified. Not a good level by any means, but not the worst.

The level is fine, develops on Cataclysm well, and is very iconic. The levels value mostly comes from its former top one status, which isnt particularly important to me. Bloodbath embraces its difficulty, despite being rather easy now, and you can tell the level is themed around being difficult. The first ship part is clever in that it shows newer players that they are in no way skilled enough to complete it, Bloodbath is simply a classic, there isnt too much going for it in all honesty, other than somewhat okay atmosphere building and song representation.
