Do I even have to say this level is incoherent? The level is full of way too much boring and generic gameplay for me to say that I like it, it's just a compilation of many peoples different levels. There are only a few parts that are actually cool.
Out of all the incoherent creator point farm megacollabs at least Ouroboros is a cool one. They did well with choosing the song and in a vacuum the parts are well designed in terms of deco but they're all too different from one another for the level to feel fleshed out. The gameplay choices are questionable in some parts but interesting in others which further adds to the incoherency. Good theming.
Nothing short of a missed opportunity, the designs and theme get repetitive and rather boring quite quickly, and the golden temple which should be the payoff of the level is just the endscreen which makes the level feel rather underwhelming. The gameplay seems quite fun, which I think was the goal, to make an enjoyable level as Top 1. It's a fine reimagination of El Dorado but as a consequence of this it lacks a lot of originality, mainly just made to be played and to be difficult. They did what they wanted to really well but what they wanted to do was rather boring.
Some parts do look cool, mainly the predrop and the ending, but the ninecircles sections, the main part of the level, is generic and boring with not really that much going for it. The wave parts feel empty and lack effects/detail in the background for example, and it seems incoherent to have such a generic wave secrion between some stylistic and cool effect parts
Farbidi theory has cool designs and gameplay, but other than that this level is just another 1.9 style level, and to me, most of them look the same. Farbidi theory isn't particularly unique in really any sense and is largely forgettable. I'm not a fan of this style of level, as it feels like creator point farming a lot of the time. I wish it wasn't a robtop level remake and had more personal identity, because building in 1.9 style cam actually return something stylistic and unique.
An inoffensive remake built purely for the sake of difficulty. Gameplay choices are nice, and are rather representative of the song in parts, particularly in the second half. Not much to say about this level, mostly forgettable.
The only thing I feel when experiencing Terminux is a sense of coldness, thanks to the colour choices. Other than that the level doesn't have much going for it really at all, it is a generic representation of difficult levels of it's time.
Misleading in that despite pretending to be themed around breaking bad, in reality Jesse Pinkman is just a generic design level made for the sole purpose to be played, rather than to be appreciated as art, just for the sake of being on the list. Not a problem necessarily, and since that's what renn is going for in this level series he has done a pretty good job. Despite this the level lacks character and the only reason it is popular is because of the name of the level, which makes it seem rather lazy.
I do not understand the hype around this level, the poetry is simplistic and cringe, as expected of generic hell theme text, and the level blatantly steals from Death Moon in its theming, some of its gameplay choices, and decoration choices. The only thing unique about this level is the boss fight, and we have seen plenty of those. This feels like a level people like only because it was cool when they were a young child.
Storming Summit is unoriginal, and exists to copy someone elses art that the creator likes with no regard for personal transformation. It is just a level using stolen Celeste assets. This is definitley a level you beat if you want something to play, not something you want to appreciate as an art piece, as it is seemingly enjoyable.
