Emulates the energy of Slaughterhouse really well in the sense that both levels made me feel very sleepy. I don't like feeling sleepy.

It's quite hard to live up to the highest standards when you remake a FunnyGame level but this to me gets as close as you can probably get, I just wish the part at 38 seconds wasn't "we made the same part but in 2.1!" And it kind of feels like the part at 0:57 has worse song representation? The conclusion in this one is a lot more satisfying than in Dreamer though. Still a great level, Dreamer had a lot of parts that had great core concepts but couldn't be actualized as well (such as the last wave) due to the limitations of the editor at the time and STARGAZER takes pretty good advantage of being a limitless version of Dreamer.

Amazing amazing level that expands on everything great about the original. The gameplay is reminiscent yet very satisfying. The new ideas are great, I never would've thought of making Echo's UFO a semi-bossfight of sorts or the drop a day-night style fixture. My main issue is that it has the same problem as the original where the buildup is really long and then the payoff is just not satisfying because of how abruptly it ends.

Whoop de doo we made Extinction a design level! This doesn't really build on any themes from the original super well aside from some scattered candles and bone objects, but it tries. The gameplay is honestly quite nice and replicates a lot of the feeling of Extinction while simultaneously being significantly less infuriating.

Remaking cartoon bees as actual bees feels pretty distasteful and strikes the uncanny valley pretty hard. Like what on earth are the bee pencil things or whatever they're supposed to be in the first spider part? The big bees all look really stiff too, they don't really feel alive. Just feels weird all around. Extra points for pretty lighting though.

Extremely distasteful and is severely lacking in any form of cohesion.

As someone who takes math courses for fun this level makes me so annoyed. They just spammed symbolic imagery without actually thinking about the math. They made cos(x) a half circle!!!!!! This is disgraceful!!!!!! COS(X) ISN'T EVEN 0 AT X=0 IT'S 1 If you can't explain what a Laplace transform is please don't make a math level. Thanks!

Builds on concepts from the original really well. Using the wave as the UFO instead of the UFO as the wave is hilarious and this level pulls off mixing the 2 player colors far better than Postscript, it genuinely doesn't look bad with any combination of player colors at all. Unfortunately, Postscript's visuals came from working within a set of limitations and I just don't feel like Prescript adds enough to the table to basically just be an unlimited version of Postscript.

Feels uniquely LazerBlitz while maintaining so many of the idiosyncrasies that made Fast as Lightning so charming (such as the zwips! syncing with the ship in the first dual). I wish more was done with the gameplay because there are so many ways to take the original's ideas even further while Lightning Speed has many "I can't believe it's not butter" type parts.

Tries very hard to outdo the original but doesn't hit the spot for me.
